In honor of Royal Recognition turning the big 3-0, we present you with part one of RRI Facts:
- We began in 1983 as a family owned and operated business and remain that way to this day
- Our clients range from businesses with 10 employees to 100,000+, proving that no organization is too large or too small to appreciate its employees
- We started out as two separate businesses – one did promotional items & one service awards – and merged to become a total recognition solution
- We have the capability to do our own embroidery, glass etching, machine engraving, sublimation printing, and die stuck pins in-house
- Royal has been a certified Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) since its inception
- The principles we were founded upon are the same we operate by today
- In 2013, our headquarters is expanding an additional 35,000 square feet to include several more workspaces, an additional conference room and more
- Our service award catalogs offer unparalleled variety and well-known brand names such as Sony, Waterford Crystal, TaylorMade, Trek Bicycles, Bosch tools and others
- Our office mascots are Walker (shown above on left) & Willie (right), two beautiful and very friendly retired Samoyed show dogs
- We annually donate a large sum of our business’ income to charitable organizations such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Elmbrook Humane Society, Froedtert Hospital Foundation and several others in our community
